Cancellation and returns policy
Cancellation or return within 3 days of its date:
The customer has the right to cancel the purchase or request a full refund of the amount paid if the order is submitted within 3 days from the date of purchase, with the customer bearing the transfer fees and the bank commission.
Cancellation during the shipping period:
If the cancellation request is submitted during the shipping period or after more than 3 days have passed, the customer will bear the shipping and transfer fees, and the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting these fees.
How to submit a return request:
The customer must contact customer service through the official channels shown on the website, providing the order number and all necessary details to facilitate the return process.
Processing time for the return request:
The return request will be processed within a maximum period of 40 working days from the date of submitting the request.
Transferring the amount to the customer:
Upon approval of the return request, and after confirming a deposit in the company’s account, the amount due is transferred to the customer after deducting all transfer fees and related bank fees, and the customer bears these costs in full.
